Simple steps to use your SavorRest to retain
moisture so you can serve juicy, tender and
hot meals from your grill.




Step 1: Remove meat from grill or oven 5-10 degrees BEFORE desired doneness. Place meat in serving dish and cover meat with aluminum foil. It is not recommended to place meat on cutting board for resting as heat and juices WILL escape. Step 2: Place the SavorRest over the top of the foil, ensuring the underside bungee cord will slide under your serving dish.
Step 3: Pinch toggles open and pull bungee cords to tighten around the ends of the serving dish until snug. Repeat on other end of SavorRest. Step 4: Adjust for a snug fit if needed. Meat will continue to stay warm, cook and tenderize while resting under the SavorRest.

Other Uses of the SavorRest Meat Resting Blanket

1) Use with oven roasted meat- follow the instructions and recommended times for resting.

2) Keep other oven-baked food piping hot until ready to serve.

3) Lay the SavorRest FLAT on top of your main dish and fit your side dishes next to the main dish and cover both with your SavorRest, thus keeping the whole meal warm until you're ready to serve.

4) Use as a hot pad to protect table surface from warm serving dishes.
