| Step 1: Remove meat from grill or oven 5-10 degrees BEFORE desired doneness. Place meat in serving dish and cover meat with aluminum foil. It is not recommended to place meat on cutting board for resting as heat and juices WILL escape. |
Step 2: Place the SavorRest over the top of the foil, ensuring the underside bungee cord will slide under your serving dish. |
| Step 3: Pinch toggles open and pull bungee cords to tighten around the ends of the serving dish until snug. Repeat on other end of SavorRest. |
Step 4: Adjust for a snug fit if needed. Meat will continue to stay warm, cook and tenderize while resting under the SavorRest. |
